FAQ — Civetta

Welcome to the Civetta FAQ page. Below are answers to common questions. If you need further help, contact us at support@civetta.store or use the contact page.

1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose a product, and click Add to cart. When ready, go to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed.

2. Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship only within the United States. If your shipping address is outside the U.S., contact support@civetta.store before ordering to discuss options.

3. What are your shipping times?

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days — $5.99 (FREE over $50).

  • Expedited (US): 1–2 business days — cost shown at checkout.
    Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates begin after shipment and may vary with carriers, weather, or holidays. See our full shipping details at /pages/shipping.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships we’ll email a tracking number. Track the package at /pages/track-order or via the carrier’s tracking page using that number.

5. What is your return policy?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging. Start a return at /pages/returns or email support@civetta.store with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases Civetta will provide a prepaid return label. Final sale items are not eligible for return. See /pages/returns for details.

7. Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

8. How do I request a refund and how long does it take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. It can take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your payment provider.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need a change, contact support@civetta.store immediately with your order number — we’ll attempt to help but cannot promise we can stop fulfillment.

10. What should I do if my order is damaged, missing, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@civetta.store or call +1 202-270-3092 with: full name, order number, and photos of the damage (if applicable). We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    We respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days. For order tracking use /pages/track-order; for returns use /pages/returns.

12. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time. We may add gift cards in the future — follow our newsletter or social accounts for updates.

13. Is it safe to shop on Civetta?
Yes. Civetta uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and industry-standard payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
