When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). If your order ships the same day it’s processed, you may receive the tracking number within 24 hours; otherwise you’ll typically receive it within 1–3 business days after processing. Please check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder).
Estimated delivery times (United States only)
• Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $5.99 (FREE over $50)
• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days — cost shown at checkout
Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs (if applicable), holidays, or weather. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping outside the U.S.
We currently do not ship outside the United States. If your shipping address is outside the U.S., please contact support@civetta.store before placing your order; we may be able to offer options case-by-case.
Missing or delayed tracking — how we can help
If you did not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order processing, or if tracking shows no updates for several days, contact us with the following details so we can investigate:

• Tracking details are provided by the carrier and may update after the package is scanned.
