Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, Civetta is not responsible for delays caused by:

However, our customer support team will assist you in resolving any issues.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@civetta.store. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Civetta is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
